App Permissions (Optional)
- Google Fit Integration: Allows integration with Google Fit to enhance fitness tracking. Data upload is optional and user-controlled.
- Health Connect: Allows reading data from Health Connect to enhance workout tracking.
- Notification Permission: Required for reminders and alarms (for Android 13 and above).
The Information You Provide
Users may enter gender, age, height, weight, etc., for personalized fitness calculations (e.g., BMI, calories burned).
